Important Note: Make sure your vehicle surface is smooth, clean, dust free and your magnet is applied to a magnet-compatible part of your car. To protect your vehicle, remove and reapply your magnet every 2-3 days. Clean the back of the magnet and surface weekly with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
FILE SPECIFICATIONS FOR UPLOADING YOUR LOGO FILE FOR YOUR CUSTOM MAGNET:
Files that do not meet the minimum resolution requirements may print pixelated or blurry, please be sure to upload high-quality images for the best outcome. Ideally, if you have a .ai or .eps file, these would be the best file option selections, as they are usually infinitely scaleable to any size.
If you are in doubt about the image that you plan to use, please Email us your logo and size requirements and we can look at your image prior to producing your order to confirm that it will print well for you. You are responsible for uploading high-quality images. We cannot guarantee print quality on orders that are placed using images that do not meet or exceed the specifications listed above.
1. Make sure the surface is at least 50° Fahrenheit. Clean the Surface with a Glass Cleaner and Lint Free Microfiber or Cloth
2.Apply the back of the magnet to the vehicle. Done
3. Be sure to remove the magnet daily. Magnets are for temporary use and will lose their magnetic power over time and if too long outside.
We aim to process and prepare all Rey Signs orders within 3-4 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that orders are not shipped or ready for pick-ups weekends or holidays.

Turnaround time will depend on the quality of the design files submitted. The typical total turnaround time from order to receiving prints at your door is 1 week. This accounts for the production and shipping.
